Repeat Prescriptions

If we have not seen your pet within the last 12 months, we are required by law to examine them before we can provide a written prescription or medication. (T&C Apply)

Please note it can take up to 48 hours for your prescription to be ready.

WRITTEN PRESCRIPTIONS
New protocol for written prescriptions will apply from 1st August 2023. Clients must request written prescriptions from Hills first via email before contacting online companies. Once request has been authorised we will contact you to order from your online company. Please email us at admin@hillsvets.co.uk with your order reference number, along with the place of purchase and their email address.

Clients will no longer be able to collect the written prescription from the surgery or receive this to their personal email addresses.
